Enzo Maresca, the new coach of Chelsea, is looking to leave his mark on the club by signing a striker as one of his first steps.

The Blues are focusing on Samu Omorodion, a player Spain Under-21 international who recently joined Atletico Madrid.

Omorodion, who spent last season on loan in La Liga, has attracted interest from other clubs such as West Ham and Nottingham. Forest.

Chelsea faces competition from Roma, Milan and Napoli for his services, but Atletico Madrid is reluctant to let him leave easily.
